A development and social science researcher with over 15 years of experience in research, policy review and impact assessment and evidence-based advocacy.Professor Amit Bubna teaches economics and finance. He is a member of the faculty at Johns Hopkins University. He has taught at several academic institutions, including The Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, Robert H. Smith School of Business of University of Maryland, and the Indian School of Business. Professor Bubna has published research on various corporate finance and economic issues in leading peer-reviewed academic journals and has received academic and research awards.Besides academia, Professor Bubna has experience in economic consulting, with expertise in complex business litigation, international arbitrations, and regulatory investigations. He has delivered analyses related to class certification, materiality, liability, loss causation, and damages in breach of contract, securities, antitrust, bankruptcy, and IP matters. He has advised clients, led teams, and supported testifying experts.Professor Bubna received his Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University.
