As a 15-year-old I had decided I would never get into retail business, but after interning in the Van Heusen Innerwear business unit of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, Bangalore, I know exactly what he meant. STUDENT RESIDENCE/HOSTEL
We offer a convenient student residence/hostel on campus. You will stay in a fully furnished, single-occupancy hostel room with an attached washroom and access to other shared amenities like a cafeteria, library, an indoor gym, first-aid, wellness center, an outdoor sports court, and other facilities accessible at walking distance. The hostels also have 24-hour Wi-Fi, doctor on call, and paid laundry service.
LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER (LIBRARY)
The Learning Resource Centre, LRC, at BITSoM facilitates the pursuit of knowledge and creativity through user-focused services and collections in an inviting, collaborative, and innovative learning environment. Following the best practices of the world-leading B schools, the LRC offers a gateway to a vast collection of print and digital resources in the field of management and allied fields. A user-centered library dedicated to prompt and friendly services, it offers self-check-in and check-out, digital attendance, a mobile app, and unhindered remote access to learning resources along with other technology-enabled facilities. The center endeavors to create a sense of community among BITSoM students, staff, and faculty by offering a welcoming environment conducive to learning, research, and relaxation.

A DAY IN LIFE OF A BITSoMIAN
A typical day in campus starts as early as 8:00 AM with classes till 1:00 PM. Students get a break post the class for lunch, after which they engage in extra curricular activities which generally includes class assignments, group discussions, projects, sessions, etc.
We also have a 2-week block in a year where the students have Winning at Workplace (WAW) Courses, Live Projects and other extra curricular activities.
