BITSoM offers a unique Learning Experience built upon four pillars – a Global Rockstar Faculty, a Future Ready Curriculum, Individual Attention for each student, and Deep Industry integration with Experiential Learning. ‘Faculty’ is our most critical pillar, and we believe that the best academic faculty have a deep understanding and expertise in their subjects and are strong on pedagogy with the ability to ignite curiosity and inspire students.  

 

The School lays an equal emphasis on teaching and research. We follow a tenure track model like other leading business schools with a competitive compensation and benefits package, research incentives, and research funding. We encourage and sponsor our faculty to participate in national and international academic conferences. Being part of the BITS Pilani ecosystem brings an entrepreneurial culture and opportunities for cross-disciplinary research and collaboration. The teaching requirement is 90 hours per year, leaving time and bandwidth for research. The School provides an option for on-campus housing, and its location in the MMR region provides easy access to corporates and industry leaders.
